Built for how TRT actually works.
Twice a week or every 3.5 days, IM or SubQ, cypionate or enanthate, with or without hCG: set your protocol once and the app keeps track.

Every dose, on time.
- Any schedule: weekly, twice a week, every 3.5 days, every other day or daily.
- Reminders at your dose time, with Log it and Skip right on the notification, plus a gentle follow-up if you haven't logged it.
- A calendar of every shot taken, skipped, missed and coming up, with your labs and check-ins.
- A widget with your next dose and site on your home screen (and the iPhone Lock Screen).
- mL and syringe units: your prescribed dose, worked out for your vial’s concentration.
- Supplies: what's left in your vial, spare vials, syringes and needles, with a reminder before you run low.

The next spot, picked for you.
- A body map of glute, ventrogluteal, deltoid, thigh and abdomen sites, IM and SubQ.
- Automatic rotation: the most rested site is always suggested, to keep soreness and scar tissue down.
- At a glance: which sites are ready, healing or used recently.
- Soreness noted: mark a sore spot, a bruise or a lump, and that site gets extra rest.

Your labs, over time.
- Total and free T, estradiol, hematocrit, hemoglobin, PSA, SHBG, LH, FSH, lipids and more.
- US or SI units: ng/dL or nmol/L, pg/mL or pmol/L, converted for you.
- Range indicators with your own lab's ranges, and a reminder when the next panel is due.
- Draw timing: see whether each result was drawn near peak, midway or at trough.

How you feel, day by day.
- A ten-second check-in: energy, mood, libido, sleep and focus.
- Side effects like acne, water retention or night sweats, plus weight and blood pressure.
- Between-shot insights (Pro): which days after your shot feel best.
See your peaks and troughs.
Pro estimates your testosterone curve from every logged dose and the ester's half-life, calibrated to your own bloodwork, and shows how the same weekly amount behaves on other schedules.

Questions
Is it free?
Yes. Logging, reminders, the calendar, site rotation, labs, daily check-ins, supplies and the widget are free, supported by ads. TRT Tracker Pro adds estimated levels, trend charts, between-shot insights, more than one medication and doctor reports, and removes ads. It's monthly, yearly (with a free trial for new subscribers) or a one-time lifetime purchase.
Does the app give medical advice?
No. It's a personal log. Estimated levels are illustrations from published ester half-lives, not lab results, and lab ranges vary between labs. Always follow your prescriber's instructions.
Which medications and schedules does it support?
Testosterone cypionate, enanthate, propionate, undecanoate and four-ester blends, plus hCG, gonadorelin, anastrozole and any custom medication, injected IM or SubQ or taken orally. Schedules can be specific weekdays or every N days, including every 3.5 days. It works for testosterone HRT too.
Where is my data, and can I move phones?
Everything stays on your phone; we never receive it. Settings › Back up to a file saves your whole log, and Restore from a backup brings it back on a new phone, iPhone or Android.
Does it work offline?
Yes. Logging, reminders and charts all work without a connection. Only ads and purchases need one.
Can I show my data to my doctor?
Yes: Pro makes a PDF report of your protocol, injections, labs, vitals and symptoms for any period, and exports your whole log as a spreadsheet (CSV) to email or print.
Is there a widget?
Yes, free: your next dose, its time and the next site on your home screen, on iPhone and Android, and on the iPhone Lock Screen. With discreet notifications on, it leaves out the medication's name.
