Terms of Use

Effective date: October 5, 2026

These terms cover your use of the TRT Tracker & Calendar app ("the app"), published by Chinese Powered ("we", "us"). By installing or using the app you agree to them. If you got the app from the App Store, Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies and takes precedence where the two differ; on Google Play, the Google Play Terms of Service apply alongside these.

Not medical advice

The app is a personal log and reminder tool. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any medical condition or give medical advice. Always follow your prescriber's instructions, and never start, stop or change a dose, schedule or medication because of something the app shows. In an emergency, call your local emergency number.

Estimated levels are mathematical illustrations from published ester half-lives and the doses you log. They are not lab results and can differ a lot from your real levels.
Lab ranges shown by default are typical adult values; your lab's own range is the one that counts, and you can enter it in the app.
Dose calculations (mL and syringe units) are arithmetic on the numbers you enter. Check them against your prescription and the label on your vial.
Reminders depend on your phone's notification, battery and focus settings and can be delayed or missed. Don't rely on them as your only way to remember a dose.

The app is meant to help you keep track of a therapy prescribed and supervised by a licensed clinician. It does not sell, source or recommend any medication. Use it in line with the law where you live.

Licence

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to install and use the app on devices you own or control, for your own personal use. Don't copy, modify, sell, reverse engineer or redistribute the app, and don't use it in a way that breaks the law or the store's rules.

TRT Tracker Pro

TRT Tracker Pro is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, and as a one-time lifetime purchase. Prices are shown in the app, in your local currency, before you confirm.
Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. To avoid the next charge, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period in your Apple or Google subscription settings; the app links to them from its Settings screen.
Where a free trial is offered, it converts to a paid subscription at the price shown unless cancelled before the trial ends. The store decides who is eligible for a trial.
Pro features apply while your subscription or lifetime purchase is active on your store account. "Restore purchases" in the app re-applies them on a new phone signed in to the same store account.
Billing, receipts and refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies. We never see your payment details.

Ads and video unlocks

The free version is supported by ads served by Google AdMob. Ads are third-party content; we don't endorse what they advertise. Watching an optional video can unlock a Pro feature for an hour, a few times a day; these unlocks are temporary, depend on an ad being available, and may change. Your data

The app has no accounts and no cloud. Your log is stored on your phone only, so uninstalling the app, "Delete all data", or losing the phone without a backup means the log is gone and we cannot restore it (store purchases can still be restored). Use "Back up to a file" from time to time. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Availability and changes

We may update, add or remove features and prices, and may stop offering the app or Pro altogether. If Pro subscriptions are discontinued, they won't renew and the store's refund rules apply to any prepaid period. We'll post material changes to these terms here with a new effective date; continuing to use the app after that means you accept them.

No warranty; limitation of liability

The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, to the extent the law allows. We do not warrant that the app, its estimates, calculations or reminders are accurate, complete or uninterrupted. We are not liable for decisions about your health or treatment, for missed doses or reminders, for lost data, or for any indirect or consequential loss arising from the app. Where liability can't be excluded, it is limited to the amount you paid for the app or its in-app purchases in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
